Very good choices

The staff was amazing, the gentlemen i had that checked us in was incredibly helpful and friendly. Our coffee maker didnt work in our room (no big deal at all for us) and he jumped right up and got us a new one, didnt argue or count how many towels we needed (bigger family needed 4 more bath towels). The outside was clean but rundown some. The inside is little dated but very very clean. The pool area isnt very big but for us that worked in our advantage and it was very clean and comfortable. Our room was amazing. We had a two queen bed with a pullout bed. The room was exceptionally clean, bathroom spotless bedding as well. The room was updated and so incredibly spacious we were amazed.

Simple, the beds suck. Sorry, we loved everything about the place and we would come back in a heart beat, but not unless the beds are new or newer. Ours were very worn out and all of us, my hubby, my son (he had the pullout couch)and me didnt sleep much at all because the beds were so terrible. It hurt to sleep on them. Which was a shame cause we love the place and like I said would come back, we thought the value was great but we can't stay at a place that we cant sleep at.

Close to where we needed to be

The size of the room was okay. Bathroom itself was large. Its was nice to see a hotel provide large bottles of shampoo instead of those tiny ones. Breakfast was yummy. Staff was pleasant. I was happy staff allowed food to be delivered to room.

athroom tub and shower we're tiny. Im a bigger gal. Shower curtain kept sticking to me. Bed was hard as a rock. Was too expensive for the quality and what was offered. I usually dont pay that for a disabled room when its available. Couldn't open the window that appears to be operable. Glass was foggy like a film was on it. TV was ridiculously small.
