The Arrabelle at Vail Square, a RockResort, by Vail Resorts

Location was great and the view was smack from the hot tub

No room service, no house keeping for a two night stay. This is not at 'full service' feel. For this price point both should he available 7 days a week. Covid is over people let's get back to full service at 5 star places...

Well appointed. Car service was great. Staff was helpful. Room size and bathroom was great.

Living area of suite was awkward for tv viewing. Menu selection was same for Dining room, Tavern, and room service.

I had a wonderful stay at the Arrabelle in Vail. The hotel is beautiful and luxurious, and my room was exceptionally spacious and comfortable. The large king-sized bed was extremely comfortable, right down to the elegant top pillowcases monogrammed with the Arrabelle “A.” The room also had a gas fireplace, which would be a wonderful feature during the colder months. The bathroom was spacious and beautifully appointed, with double sinks, a separate shower, and a large bathtub. Everything about the room felt upscale, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The location is fantastic. There are numerous restaurants and shops within easy walking distance of the hotel, and Vail Village is just a short ride away. I especially appreciated the hotel’s courtesy vehicle. Although Vail has a shuttle bus system, the Arrabelle’s courtesy vehicle picked me up right at the hotel, eliminating the need to walk to a bus stop and making it exceptionally convenient to get to and from Vail Village. Each staff member throughout the hotel was courteous, friendly, and welcoming. The valet team deserves a special mention—they were always cheerful, helpful, and ready to assist with anything I needed. The Arrabelle offers a wonderful combination of luxury, comfort, excellent service, an outstanding location, and thoughtful amenities. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

That I couldn't stay for longer!

The breakfast that was included was great and appreciated that it was part of the resort fee. Location was great and room was comfortable. Pool area was great to spend some time at. May be back in the future.

I specifically requested an accessible room with a restroom that would accomodate some one with a disability that is in a wheel chair, that would include a walk in/roll in shower and grab bars for safety. I made this request through Booking.com and also called the Arrabelle Resort (3 times) to ensure that the room would be available. I was told it was, however; upon arrival the room was not available so my family member with the disability had to use others means to shower comfortably and safely. I would ask that you help to accomodate these requests with the resorts you work with to ensure the comfort and safety of those with a disability.
