Spacious, clean and comfortable

Super cozy, well equipped cabin. Very comfortable and convenient. It offers binoculars, soap for the washer machine, they also don’t charge you for laundry.

Really enjoyed

The hotel was very clean with comfy beds and pillows. The lobby is beautifully decorated in a western theme with plenty of seating and an inviting fireplace. A variety of delicious cookies were set out in the evening for guests to enjoy with coffee, tea or hot cocoa. A hot breakfast is served with a wide variety of choices of eggs, sausage, potatoes, pancakes, waffles, cereals, oats, yogurt and a large selection of bagels and toast. The hotel is located near the Jackson Town Square and restaurants. The staff is friendly and welcoming. During our stay, the City of Jackson was under a water boil advisory. The staff made sure we had boiled water for coffee and hot drinks during breakfast and passed out bottled water.

If you are an older couple, request first floor accommodations. There are no elevators in some of the buildings.

Great location, the fire was lovely. Great to be able to borrow binoculars during stay. Good size coffee machine and mugs.

Kitchenette was far too small to be comfortable to use. Very limited utensils. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. Long black hairs in the shower and bathroom floor. The fridge froze the entire contents which for self catering is far from ideal. We had to get a maintenance man out on day two as we couldn’t get hot water in the shower. Turns out the shower tap had been fitted differently to all the other cabins so there was a knack.
