Best Western Plus Waco North

It was comfortable and convenient

The lighting was dim in the room

Breakfast was nice and the location was great.

My room was next to the Highway so I couldn't get no sleep. Even with the TV on it was still noisy outside.

Good location Clean Good accommodations

Hard bed

Nothing

It was outdated and dirty. The toilet leaked and we moved rooms and the second room the shower leaked. Definitely needed a deep clean looks like they just do the bare minimum when people check out. The pool was extremely dirty and the side has visual mold around it. I felt disgusted. The workout room two machines do not work out of 4. I will definitely be staying in a different hotel. If it wasn’t one night I would have immediately gone to a different hotel. The front staff girl was sweet. The other possible”Manager ” came off as very arrogant, cocky, and dismissive on the toilet issues saying we were assigned the trouble room…. My question is in my mind why did you not go ahead and reassign it to something better. No accommodations when brought to their attention. Hospitality was not present in the Manager.
