An ideal inn in Vermont. Can’t beat the personal experience.
A little secluded but nice and charming. Loved the history of the place.

Breakfast was fantastic. Fruit and sweet to start, a spot of the best yoghurt and wonderful home-made granola, followed by a delicious main course. choice of savoury and sweet. perfect!
it was all wonderful!

The property is historic and charming.
The hotel appears to be run by a corporation intent on cutting costs. Products are cheap and not local (teas, bathroom, room snacks, etc.). Hotel restaurant similarly did not serve local or seasonal veggies or meat. Final bill included a mistaken bar charge and previously undisclosed “historic preservation” fee of $20. Hotel is very overpriced for what it offers - promoting historic and “authentic” local vermont when in fact it operates more like a corporate chain hotel.
