Wingate by Wyndham West Monroe

Everything. It was very clean, the staff was very nice and the breakfast was excellent. The staff was constantly cleaning up. The dining area was really nice and well kept up.

There was anything that I didn’t like.

Location

I always get a king bed room. At this particular stay the bed kept lifting and sliding when I sat on the side.

Great breakfast!

LAdy at the counter was kinda rude.

-Called day before to check about checking in an hour early the funeral we were in town for started at 3, and check in time was 3. The lady who answered the phone cut me off and was very rude. -Was charged$25 day of to check in an hour early. -there was large piece of metal poking off the bed. My husband and 3 year old daughter both hit it and had bruises. Airdropped the pic of the metal to the attendant when we checked out -mold and funk in coffee pot
