Location is great. Everything was clean and in good working order.
I like having the deadbolt lock.
Could have used a chair to sit in when putting on my shoes.
A room safe would be nice.

There’s a special charm about French quarter hotels - especially this one. There’s always something to give up when selecting the right hotel. What this location lacks in luxury, it makes up for in location and kindness.
The only comments about what could be better are new beds and box springs.

Location
The staff were not super helpful. I had questions about all the charges that were on my card. They kept turning the screen around showing me the computer. I don’t work there. It didn’t make sense to me.
