We loved our room and staff was nice

There was a lot of cigarette butts outside and also coffee had grounds in it our remote didnt work

Everything was perfect

I liked everything to the rooms and to breakfast

We didn’t wake up in time for breakfast.

The hair on the bath tub.

Breakfast was good. Location was good. The front desk was friendly and when we asked for extra blankets they provided them in a timely manner.

Drapes had holes in them and the telephone cord was broken which made it difficult to contact the front desk. (The front desk was notified of these 2 things) The bathroom was cramped and the toilet blocked the vanity. The pool area was smaller than represented in the online picture and it was not an adult friendly area for relaxing. Guests with children took over the pool and hot tub area. There were only 2 luggage carts available to move things between our vehicle and the room. The larger luggage cart was often missing or being used when we needed to move heavy items (my mom's oxygen machine) to and from the room. There were no first floor rooms available due to construction. We were in a second floor room not too far from the elevator and stairs. It would have been difficult to evacuate my mom in an emergency.
