The Remodeled room was nice.

Walking into the hotel, it was dirty. You could tell they were remodeling. The elevator half worked the floor in my room. The carpet was wet. I let the front desk know she never came up. One of the televisions didn't work. The front desk never came up. Breakfast is kind of short, but other than that. Overall the stage is okay

Breakfast was not prepared well. All the food was cold and not displayed in an efficent manner.

AC did not work adequately.

This was close to my training location, with friendly staff, and a very comfortable bed!

It seemed a little expensive, but there was a big concert that weekend!

The hotel itself was nice.. like the actual building and the lobby and pool were nice.

I didn’t like that my bed had ants in it, the tub was not clean and had hair, and the toilet was not clean. Also, I was on the first floor and the window would not close. I went to talk to the staff at the front desk (younger looking girl) and she got an attitude instantly and asked that I provide videos vs actually coming to see the room and stated she could not do anything about it and stated all rooms were booked and I couldn’t move rooms. It wasn’t until I asked for a refund and provided videos and pictures that caused her to then instantly give me another room after being untruthful. She huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes the entire time. The next room I got, the tub was still not up to par. I get that things happen and sometimes a room may not be as clean sometimes, but the girl at the front desk was super unprofessional and rude and did not make me feel comfortable. She just made things even worse. She wouldn’t even look at me when I was trying to talk to her and she kept cutting me off mid sentence. I was confused because my attitude was not nasty with her at all.
