Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Kenosha - Pleasant Prairie

The room was clean and comfortable for 4 adults, It was on the first floor as requested and quiet although many other guests were staying at the same time. The really exceptional staff member was the attendant at the breakfast area. She continually wiped off handles of the serving hot areas as kept replacing the tongs, serving spoons and related items as well as stocked and restocked food items. The food was hot and proper temperature We stayed 10/2 to 10/4. As restaurant owners for 27 years we really appreciated her quiet efficiency.

Some rooms stink, the pool needed to be cleaned, rust on doors

Very clean with friendly service. Pool and spa with adult hours was awesome!! Laundry available. And the breakfast was good.

Location close to food places. Free breakfast was really nice. Pillows were soft. I liked that the bedroom was separated from sitting area

Pool was not clean, cloudy pool water and strong chemical smell. Front desk was always on her phone and wasn't friendly. Beds and sofa sleeper not comfortable,could feel and hear springs on bed when I moved. Rooms not soundproofed and the ceilings had lots of water stains and damage
