We've stayed at BSR several times and it's always good. Bed was very comfortable and we really like the king suite.
The hot tub wasn't heating. Its the one thing we really look forward to at a resort. It also looked like it needs a resurfacing.
Restaurant not open for the season yet but not a big deal. Plenty of good eats in town.

We love the place. Every year we try to come in August to see the meteorite shower and this is the place to be. We missed having the restaurant open though. We understand it is low season for the hotel.

Very interesting location spacious room.
Restaurant and spa closed now.
Old fashioned and unattractive decor.

It was comforting. The a/c was awesome being really cold in temperature for the summer.
The bathroom sink faucet was old , and did not give out/ pour out water enough for each use. It was also very squeaky when turning faucet on. Newer upgrades were needed for bathroom sinks.
