We have never travelled to this part of Idaho and it is spectacular. The Stagecoach Inn fits with the ambience of the region and was great.

Easy check in. Beautiful scenery behind the hotel. Ice cream vendor / trailer in the parking lot. Walking distance to a few good restaurants and live music.
They are a pet friendly hotel, but there isn’t a good location for pet to potty. There is a nice grassy area behind the hotel next to the river, but dogs are not allowed. This may have something to do with the wildlife??

The staff was absolutely awesome. I forgot something the first night I was there and they called to let me know and held it until I came back the next week.
Breakfast! 100% the breakfast was terrible. Biscuits and gravy was the only hot option besides oatmeal. Unless you wanted to pay an extra $10 to have someone cook you eggs that are typically included at every other hotel breakfast. For $220/night plus $30 for my dog, throw some scrambled eggs and bacon out on the breakfast line.
