Quality Inn & Suites Watertown Fort Drum

The facilities were very modern and the beds sooo comfortable. The continental breakfast was also a plus.

The staff member on check in was not that friendly and the breakfast area could have been monitored as the waffle maker needed to be cleaned. A toaster with bread and/or bagels would be preferred; however, there were muffins, yogurt, cereal and pre-made eggs available. The good did outweigh the bad tho by far :)

Great location. Breakfast was good. Great coffee and good variety.

Nothing to comment

Clean and ok breakfast, overall good

Not carpeted rooms. No ice.

The hotel was a great location for us. It was clean, and there was wifi.

Things were falling apart. The toilet roll holder was hanging at an angle from the wall, the plate around the shower handle spun, the bed creaked and groaned like it was falling apart. The door stuck badly, making it hard to open. The fridge was cool, but I suspect it wouldn't have kept food at a safe temperature. The breakfast was sad. Waffles were okay, but the selection of other items was poor: preformed egg circles and sausage, yogurt, corn flakes and frosted flakes.
