The greeter.
The price is relatively too high for not having breakfast and not a trash can in sight.

The staff was excellent, very attentive and willing to help during my short stay. Good value for the price. They were going through some remodeling and scheduled room inspections, yet it did not affect my stay. Would return.

The Grab and go breakfast was ok. The desk personnel were nice
Booked a queen studio but was given a room with two beds - no prior messages about the change. I had to call the front desk, after we walked in the room, to get an explanation as to why we were placed in a different room - said it was an upgrade (mechanical room with our booked room).
Fire alarm went off - no real communication about fire plans/alarm/return to room.
