Red Roof Inn Tallahassee - University

We did not have breakfast

nothing. This hotel satisfied our needs for the night

The room

It’s nothing I dislike about it

Location

None

All front attendants and all of house keeping but I dont like the male manager. I think I should be compensated for all the issues.

We didnt even have towels the first night. When I called the front desk the young lady told me I had to come to the desk to get the towels, hand towels and face cloths. I informed we were both disabled and tired bcz of then long walk carrying tons of luggage . Not to mention the property has no carts for luggage. So I advised her we can't walk back to the office again so she brung the towels. Also there was no lounge chair in the room. We have been informed several times they would move us closer and get us a room with a lounger. Remind you we checked in on Monday and they just moved us on Thursday morning but there is still no lounger in the room. Smh. I (the young lady) ended up in the hospital so mr don (a 79 year old man) has been in the room alone. He advised me when the staff was helping him move to the other room. He said the male manager was going off on him saying the room was a mess and he wanted him to leave immediately. Of course he refused to leave because I paid until tomorrow (Friday). The manager said he was going to call the police so Mr Don said he wanted him to call the police. When the police arrived the police officer said he disagree with him being smelly. He also said that several people have complained about the bad service with all the hotels in this area. I gave the hotel a $100 cash deposit and I do expect deposit back when I check in the morning or they will be calling police because I want my money back. My name Johnniese Jackson and I can be reached at 8503039369. Thanks.
