I felt it was good value for the money. Sunny, the landlord, was friendly and easy to deal with.

The bedding was clean and the room was ready for us when we got there.
The chairs were stained and just looked gross. The bathroom wasn't super clean and paint was chipping in a number of places.

The air-conditioning blew very cold. I love being able to back my trunk of my car up to my front door to unload. Also, we love the location which was walkable to the adorable little town, and having a brand new Dollar General and a brand new Family Dollar across the street.
We liked that it had a refrigerator that was fairly large, and a microwave oven.
Two days straight, our room was never cleaned. No new towels provided. Both days, we had to ask Mr. Patel for towels. I had to dump my own garbage. The room was dirty, and in rough shape. Lots of sloppy repairs done on the walls, etc. Not super clean. Beds were very small.
