University Inn ASU/Tempe

Amazing staff great location for the reason I can

Cant say anything bad

It was in close proximity to everything that I needed

Close to ASU. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean. Great value for price.

Noisy in the morning, not because of the hotel, but because it's location in the city

The location was excellent. The price was affordable.

The night we arrived there was a John and prostitute getting busy in the parking lot. First impressions…. There was no overhead light in the room. And almost no natural light as the dumpster was right outside the window. The room was always very dark. There was no drawers to put clothes. The staff would come in to clean the room unannounced even though the service request tag was not placed on the door. I was not able to prepare for having someone in my room. The parking lot is poorly designed. When full it is nearly impossible to get your car out of its spot.
