DoubleTree by Hilton Racine Harbourwalk

view of the harbor from the boardwalk in front of the hotel

one bedside lamp didn't work

We loved the room, the location and the staff.

I was very disappointed that there were no cups, glasses nor coffee in our suite

View of marina (though very low level, no privacy) Adjacent restaurant. Front desk receptionist was engaging and caring (gave good explanation of parking options). Appreciated having daily papers spread out at front desk.

Low level (2nd floor) where people walking could look into the room. Mold on inside of shower floor gel caulking between the glass wall and floor was disgusting (room 232). If you could give this room number to maintenance, please ask that they also oil the door hinge to the bathroom. It was so squeaky that we woke each other in the middle of the night when we wanted to close the bathroom door. A detail that was very annoying and can be easily addressed! Doing this will be much appreciated by future guests.

The outdoor restaurant/bar was nice.

There was no proper lids for the free coffe and I burnt my hand. The parking had issues. The pool/hot tub was out of order, Very disappointing.
