It was very convenient, has an elevator and the room has a kitchenette. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in town.

The people staying in the room next to us we're fighting all night and kept us awake. The staff was terrific though and responded immediately when we called the front desk to report them and ended up kicking them out.

Clean and inexpensive

Accommodations were very spartan, no hair dryer, no ice bucket or ice, no plastic drinking water cups.

All comfortable.

How strict staff was about their rules and the way they were enforced without real evidentiary cause.

Staff was helpful and attentive, I could get what I needed quickly. I know Eugene well so the location was great. The place is very, very basic, so know what you're getting. You get a stripped down room, cheap linens but they are clean, a working fridge and microwave. Extremely basic and functional but if that's all you need it's perfect.

Someone was literally dumpster diving and tossing trash out into the parking lot when I took out my trash. People left their room trash, shoes and more outside on the sidewalk all the time. People overhead tramped around all night making it hard to sleep. Folks smoked close to the rooms constantly despite the signs. While this place offers a kitchen, the kitchen has been so stripped that all you get is a plastic cup. You literally have to bring all your own kitchen gear. The air coming out of the unit never varied no matter whether I needed warmth or cold, so it was slightly uncomfortable. when the temperature dropped suddenly. The sign says no pets but there are dogs everywhere in the units.
