Rochester Henrietta NY offers everything a luxury traveler desires. The wine bar, library lounge, and garden terrace were beautiful. Felt secure with visible security staff, emergency plans posted, and smoke-free certified floors.

The staff was helpful. The air conditioning was good.
The room needed to be updated. Rusty nails holding the bathroom toilet paper roll. Outlets were gross and old.
