Extended Stay America Suites - Arlington

Close to AT&T stadium and great value

Clean

Pool dirty

It was 10 minutes away from AT&T stadium.

It was a decent stay for what I needed. The location was right off the highway so impossible to walk anywhere except Cracker Barrel.

Good location. Spacious room. The room was clean, just not well-maintained. Microwave, kitchenette, table and chairs in room.

I really hate leaving bad reviews, but with just a little more effort this hotel could be much better. For example, the bathroom door in room 110 sticks badly. A skilled maintenance person could fix it 5 minutes, by sanding the edge, make it look better, and keep it from getting worse. But if you ignore it, the edge of the door will just get more and more damaged. The breakfast is clearly described as simple, with just coffee, hot water for instant oatmeal, tea, and instant hot chocolate, packaged muffins, and granola bars. But no one was keeping an eye on it and by 8:15 there was no hot chocolate and only one muffin left.
