Hyatt Centric the Pike Long Beach

The room was very spacious. The beds were super comfortable and arranged in a way that gave you some semblance of privacy. Traveled with my mom so she had plenty of space on her side of the room and I did on mine as well so it was great.

There was no complimentary water in the room. Had to go down to the lobby to get it. No complimentary breakfast either and parking wasn't validated.

I liked that everything is walkable.

I didn’t like how we have to pay for parking at general parking structure. The hotel should be able to validate because if you think about you get many tourist so of course they are going in and out of the hotel going to different places and we shouldn’t have to pay every time we leave because if we leave 4 times in no out of the parking that’s 4 times we have to pay. Also the bed sheets were dirty like if they did not wash them they had makeup stains the restroom wasn’t clean as well. The trash cans should have bags in them i felt bad everytime i would throw something in the trash
