The rooms are clean. As well as the pool. Very quiet too. Has all the basic amenities. I recommend it 100%!

Very clean, owner and staff pleasant, appliances maintained, closet to put your things, backyard seating in beautiful garden setting with fountain. Quiet at night. Would go back again.
Not much space in bathroom for toiletries. No countertop. Had a little shelf so had to bring things in and out but managed. Cabinet in our efficiency for dishes was very high. So had to put under sink when using instead of above.

There was no mention of breakfast and the room did not look like it did in photos on line I saw to book my reservation. The room needs updating.
The room was clean but it is in need of updating. The bathroom was old.
