Tava Motel Manitou Springs

Hew, at the front desk was exceptional. We were going to take the Cog Train to Pikes Peak and had no idea of where we should park. He answered all of our questions to make it so much easier. We also wanted suggestions for dinner and he had great places for us to go. It's wonderful to have someone answer questions in a way that we understand and have them be so nice about it. He was very patient, and I watched him treat another guest the same way.

I did not like the towels. They did not feel dry and they did not dry us off well. I don't know if it is the fabric or the water that they are washed in. But it was not nice.

The location is excellent. The pool and hot tub are nice. Staff did their jobs but were not friendly.

Pass on breakfast. Pass in the coffee. Not good.

Everything was well thought out. The breakfast was okay

Breakfast was ok

The sink and shower drains smelled like sewer waste. There was noone available to look into the issue so we had to use the stoppers and add water to the sink and shower drains to make pour stay bearable.
