Hyatt House Scottsdale Old Town

I didn't realize there was a free breakfast. I did not partake. It looked very good. The location is excellent. I was there to catch a flight home so I did not do much while visiting.

It has two bedrooms and the perfect amount of space for staying with friends.　 There is no elevator, but when I asked the front desk for help carrying my luggage, they assisted me.

Spacious, clean and within walking distance to Old Town restaurants and shopping. Breakfast and the gym were good too.

It’s a very good hotel at a very good place, very good breakfast. However, the front desk needs to be trained better. This should be more courteous, specially, the Front Desk clerk in the evening shift/night was pretty basic. I tried to get complementary toiletries/toothpaste brush, and he casually said not available. And same thing happened in the morning when I asked a separate Front Desk person. How could I prestigious hotel change like this would not have complementary toiletries which even the motel would have it these days?
