Everything was great, one of the better hotels stays I’ve had in a moment.
Nothing really, only place I’ll stay in Kalamazoo

Everybody employed was incredibly friendly.
Nothing was wrong with it.

The front desk was a mixture…
For some reason, the young man, in training, at the front desk gave us a handicap room…
We asked for a regular room and were given a new room immediately.
All rooms have the air conditioning fan, 3 feet from, and facing the bed. The fan is on 24/7, so if you’re sensitive to sound, it makes it difficult to sleep, aside from a constant direct flow of air. blowing on the bed.
The bathroom is extremely small. If you are standing at the sink, your calf is touching the side of the toilet.
The hotel is clean.
