Pod 39

We stayed at Pod 39 for 10 days and had a great experience! Our room had a view of the Empire State Building, which made waking up in New York even more special!! The room was small but very comfortable, quiet, and well designed. The beds were great, the bathroom was spacious, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Housekeeping did a great job throughout our stay, and the staff were always helpful and friendly. The location was excellent! Very central, in a safe area, and a great base for exploring NYC. We also really appreciated the 1 PM check-out time and the option to leave our luggage at the hotel after checking out, which was incredibly convenient. The rooftop was another highlight, offering beautiful views of the city at night and the perfect spot to enjoy a drink after dinner. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Pod 39 to anyone visiting New York. We would happily stay here again!

The rooftop closing at 11 PM felt a little early, especially when visiting a city like New York. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the hotel!

Great location, wonderful staff, very clean property. Luggage stroage was no issue in fact the staff could not have been more helpful. Rooms albeit tiny were clean, comfortable and the bathroom perfect

The rooms were tiny. But I guess theres a clue in the name. So a little more space to hang things maybe and just to have the ability to get the bags out of the way. If the bottom bunk was a little higher then bags could go under that freeing up some space and making access to the top bunk and getting around easier. NYC is expensive and this is not cheap for what it is but it is in a grfeat location and does what it says on the tin.

Great location, funky vibe , rooftop bar a real bonus

The bedrooms were really small even by NYC standards and the frosted glass was in the wrong place on the door to the bathroom affording no privacy whatsoever when someone was using the toilet !

The location is the best part about this hotel

I didn't like that there was thick dust around the room door frame and lots of dust on the bed base, under the mattress.
