Were excellent Staff. So helpful and welcoming. Made the stay extra special. Assisted in Resturant choices and general knowledge of Chicago. They were great host when serving us at the bar and always a nice smile with Excellent Customers Service.

Room was large with a great view. The hotel location is great. Very easy to walk to the inner harbor, Camden Yards, M&T Stadium, etc. Location was the best part of the stay.
Hotel shower did not have good pressure and the bathroom sink was very difficult to turn off. I would have appreciated if they gave more water bottles for the coffee maker. I did not want to use bathroom water to fill up the coffee maker. The hotel overall was a little dated.

There's no room service for food. No restaurants in the hotel that would serve food after a late concert
