Convenient for last minute change of plans with flights. Beds where okay. Breakfast good.
There was no explanation given about the shuttle bus that takes you to the accomodation. I had to call them and ask. This should be part of the standard message and accomodation description. I arrived very late at night and people in the airport kept giving me wrong instructions about how to get to the hotel. They told me I could get there walking. Very wrong!

Your staff saved me from an American Airlines snafu. I was stranded after 30 hours of cancellations and missed a huge family event. You guys swooped in to salvage what was left of my situation and at least make me comfortable and fed after a truly terrible airline experience. Thank you! Everything was clean and the staff was excellent. They knew how tired I was and had a robe delivered to me as the airline had also lost my luggage.

AT the airport, quick and easy for tired travelers.
The shower design allowed water to go all over the bathroom floor, water was not contained in shower area.

Only 1 lift out of 6 working
The booking.com telephone number was to the managers office so if you arrive after hours you cannot call to get the hotel shuttle. Booking.com needs to supply the correct number
