Hampton Inn Gatlinburg Historic Nature Trail, Tn

Great location. Able to walk to most of the places we visited. There is also a bus that runs to various destinations if needed. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

Paying extra for parking.

I enjoyed my stay here. Love the firepit. The pool was nice, Great location, clean, nice amenities. Friendly Staff.

We did not get room service, we did not want it. However I think they should still do a courtesy knock to ensure that we did not want or need anything. My personal opinion,

We’ve been on a 2 week trip this the only time we ever had an attitude from the female Desk person who seemed to have a foreign accent. We checked into our hotel snd they had given us a free upgrade to a balcony room. When we got to our room, looking forward to a view from the balcony, the only view was the roof of the drive thru area in front of the front door, we mentioned that to the desk person when we came back down to the desk after our first look…She told us we got what we paid for…we said it was a free upgrade….she said the same thing again. She was very Rude !!!
