Awesome view of the bay from our balcony
A little disappointing due to the fact that there was no complimentary breakfast. we had a coffee pot but no coffee cups or sugar.Bring your own stuff.

The location & the staff! They were so friendly!

Location was great
Patio was cool
Minifridge was nice
Alarm clock broken.
Phone broken.
TV has large black lines in the screen, and glitches constantly.
One of the two elevators is seriously defective, and the staff knows it and they posted a note as opposed to fixing it. They did NOT disable it. That is a legit hazard.
The door to my room was extremely hard to open as it dragged on the ground, and was VERY loud.
Ice machine broken
Front door broken
external access security for other entrances was completely broken
none of the AC units in the hallways worked, so the building was very hot
