Everything was clean and the area was quiet and safe.
The breakfast was average. Better than no breakfast. Having a gluten free bread option would be nice.

Only complaint was that the water pressure in the shower needs to be turned up. All hotels have the same issue.

The hotel was convenient for where I needed to be. They were accommodating to any changes that I needed to make. Bed was comfortable.
Rooms are a little dated. Linens could use to be refreshed. Just a little worn, probably from frequent washings. Upgrade your soaps. The handsoap supplied is not sufficient for cleaning anything. DO NOT rely on this breakfast. Options were not that great.
Refrigerated precooked eggs - not good.
Cold gravy for biscuits in a crock pot - not good

It was on the cheaper side of hotel prices, but we didn’t have many options, as West Point is very small. Only “hotel” in town.
When we walked into the hotel, there was a robust mildew/musky smell. They had de-humidifiers down every hallway. The rooms felt “damp” and the A/C was broken and we couldn’t adjust the temp.
