Clean & comfortable. Right on the beach. Balcony facing the ocean. An absolutely awesome vacation.
Nothing!

Location is close to everything.
Room was too cramped. Indoor pool does not look like the pictures. There is paint peeling off the pipes over the pool.

Easy check in, clean spacious room, perfect location.

The location is great to be close to the pier, Main Street , all the happenings one would want , but if you desired quiet or secluded it’s not for you , the proximity to the beach is perfect
Rooms are decent but VERY dated , all of old orchard beach is very dated but yet historic at the same time , it’s a tourist destination if you want the quiet secluded beaches of Maine , this is not it
