This was our first stay at the property. The location was perfect for us as it is only 5 minutes from where my sister lives.
The manager, John was able to secure the only room with a walk in shower for my 96 yo mother and 84 yo aunt.

This used to be our favorite hotel when doing an OC trip but I think we will start looking for something else next time. The conditions of the rooms are bad.
Air conditioner broken, called front desk, waited 30 min engineer came and reset the AC. Waited 30 mins the AC still wasn’t cold. Called front desk again, waited another 30 mins for engineering to come then they replaced the AC. Tried to take a shower and the shower door wouldn’t even open because the hinges sagged and the door was stuck
