Best Western Cascade Inn & Suites

Clean with good parking

We were near the exit stairwell and could smell cigarettes

Great breakfast. Comfortable beds ….

The toilet didn’t look clean…. Could have used a better scrubbing ….

Smooth check in, good size room, clean, professional staff and walking distance to our destination.

The room was nice and the breakfast was excellent.

The front desk clerk that checked me in was very rude and threatened not to give me my room simply because we didn’t agree on something she said . She was on a power trip , totally inappropriate. She knew I had no car and nowhere to go so she used that to her advantage. When I told her I would be reporting her behavior to corporate she was refusing to give me my room as retaliation. She was hostile and a horrible representative for the hotel
