Sauerdough Lodging

a nice layout with kitchen, living room, bedroom and bath, the bed was very comfortable

the place was not clean in fact it was very dirty. tub and toilet were covered in black dirt, tub drain was full of tangled hair, floors had old dried spills, filthy kitchen: hood fan very dirty, glass stove top crusty, dirty appliances, cupboards dirty with old spills. the bed frame was dirty and split held together with 2 boards. this place is just tidied not cleaned between customers. Hallway carpet and stairs didn't look like they had been vacuumed all summer: a lot of visible dirt, actual pile of dirt at the doorway. the room also was in need of refinishing, water stains in ceiling, water damage under radiator, dark coloured walls chipped, great stuff sprayed into floor spaces just left bubbling there.

Location was good, communication was good.

Musty smell inside, had to air it out, luckily it was a warm sunny day; needs a bathe mat or anti slip in the bathtub, toilet paper was very thin.

The woman in charge and housekeeper were incredible friendly and polite.

Great location but that’s really it

It’s a really old historical building and smells like one, comes with a kitchen which the floor is not even level and gives me a headache standing there. Blankets don’t feel clean also, but this is Seward, crazy expensive but this is considered “cheap” compare to other places. The staff was very nice though.
