The staff and owner were incredibly friendly and kind, even giving me a free room upgrade when other guests extended their stay. The cozy room was well-equipped with a kettle, a good-sized fridge, a microwave, and a very comfortable bed. Fast Wi-Fi and free, convenient parking right near the room made the stay even better. Excellent base for easy access to the Grand Canyon!
Nothing major to complain about! Parking can get close to full if you arrive late in the evening, but it was never a real issue since extra parking is available nearby.

Everything was clean and staff was responsive to questions.
Only desk chair available fir sitting to read or watch T- would be nice with at least one non- desk chair. Shower was not a standard enclosed shower which resulted in water on bathroom floor.

A nice clean updated room. Motel is in a great location.
This is nitpicking but I wish the hotel had lotion with the toiletries.
