The Staff was very kind and very helpful and the team was a very good and helpful and they were very outgoing and very well organized

The only thing I found was that the ice machine was broken and really needed to be replaced and the bathtub needed a stopper for the tub and the overflow didn’t have a cover on it and it was very hard to have a good old soak and the walls in the bathroom so badly needed a very good cleaning and the phone in the room didn’t even work I asked about it and the night desk clerk didn’t even want to answer my questions about it he just said that a lot of there rooms didn’t have a phone in there rooms he just told me if I needed to make a phone call to my kids that I could walk down to the 7-11 to make a call

I had some bugs, I killed about 5-6 a day. Behind the door in the bathroom, it hadn’t been swept and I didn’t have any face clothes in my room.

It was in a perfect location for me.

The person who handled the laundry was very nice, always willing to give us extra towels if we needed them. The pool was nice but didn't get to use it. The room was pretty good size, for standard hotel room.

The office people are not kind. It wasn't a very friendly environment. There were a lot of transient people hanging around and also in some of the rooms. A lot of noise at night including people blaring their radios in the parking lot. The hotel property just looks a little seedy.
