To short stay … only 10 days….

It does not include breakfast on the premises. But it does have a little kitchen in room with coffee they provided. Came with all the utensils and cooking ware and apartment size refrigerator and Stove. It was like a studio apartment. Very clean and had a photon sofa, a little table and w chairs and a queen size bed with private wall divided between the living room and bedroom. Could sleep 4 people comfortably. It has a great view to the beach and access to the beach. Has a small pavilion with table and chairs. A fire pit, horse shoes on the premises and corn hole games for entertainment If u want. The staff leaves at 4 but they put your room keys and all the information in a mailbox by the staff office door with your name marked on yellow envelope, plus they will send you a notification to email explaining all this information. If you arrive after 4pm. The place is small and it looks like they only have 20 rooms. I highly recommend this place and I will stay there again. QUITE AND VERY CLEAN AND HAS A GREAT COASTAL FEEL

Parking lot could have been bigger for parking larger vehicles plus could use vending machines that carry fluids or snacks on premises and an ice machine that would help.

The location on the beach was the best. Loved being able to just walk out to the beach any time. That and the 2 bedroom option with the full kitchen was the main reason we booked this place :)

The unit had everything advertised and it was stocked sufficiently with kitchen supplies, towels, toiletries, etc. but the fixtures were very worn, the decor was worn and VERY sparse, and the outlets were few and far between. It was very humid and damp and it always felt kind of "wet" in the room. The portable AC units worked ok, but smelled funny like they needed a good cleaning and perhaps new filters. None of these things were a "deal breaker" necessarily. It's a cute old school motel with no frills, and we appreciated it for what it was :)
