Quiet and spacious place to relax before heading out to the Casinos.

The TV needs an upgrade as well as the decor.

Location to the strip and monorail are top notch.

Reaching out to the booking company. The attendant was not pleasant over the phone and wanted to take a credit card over the phone as if it was spam.

The location of the property is great, and the facilities at all of the towers were nice. We really enjoyed Delight’s’ in Tower 2. It was convenient and the breakfast and coffee (Lavasa) was good.

The property is good, but there were some issues with checking in. The front desk could not find my reservation and they mentioned that their system was not communicating with third-party reservations. After calling Booking.com, I was able to confirm that my reservation was good. The representative sent me an email and I was able to confirm with the front desk that I was good. I still had to wait till 3 PM for them to check In though. I stayed at the signature a few times, but this particular room had some issues and it just didn’t seem fresh. The shower door handle was dangling and the furniture was dusty. The front desk could not help me with the handle problem. They said I had to call LLS to file a report. That was a little frustrating, but the representative at LLS was very nice and put in the report.
