Our room was in a block of "row" houses in a decent neighborhood. Proximity to the Train system and Fenway park were very walkable. plenty of eating choices in the area.
The place is hard to find. The roads in the area, well Boston, a lot of one way. we parked in an alley and had to walk around the block to get to the office. just city living.
Also have not got my deposit back yet.

Enjoyed the small size of this hotel. It was really convenient to what we were in Boston to do. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast!
Couldn’t go outside on balcony to walk up higher and see if there was a view.

Great location, not far from Newbury Street. Staff were pleasant.
I was told on arrival I wouldn't be staying in the main building; that I'd have to go up the street to number 14. The decor could do with a full upgrade. Breakfast was limited and no healthy options, just pastries/carbs. Fresh milk would have been easy to provide.
