Great location, excellent breakfast, very clean
We couldn’t check in at 2pm and had to be at the wedding at 4pm

Beautiful view of the Ohio river with a balcony! Room was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the pillows were extremely firm. Next time the staff assured me that they will provide me with feather pillows:-) The breakfast was exceptional and the staff was excellent. We loved the restaurant/bar Lure and the staff as well! Loved that there was a Starbucks in the hotel as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Cleanliness and location!
Staff was not friendly at all. And the stove was “broke” so no hot items for breakfast. Which was no big deal but when my husband asked the staff they were very rude about it. The lady that checked us in never cracked a smile, wouldn’t make eye contact and kept looking at her phone. And it wasn’t just the one lady. Every time we left or came back, both front desk members had frowns on their faces, never acknowledged anyone going in or out, and were on their phones.
