Beautiful landscaping and grounds, very clean
We had a small hiccup with the reservation through booking.com but the manager solved it quickly

Property was amazing. Room was comfortable. Courtyard and pool were inviting. Quick walk to shops and restaurants.
We didn’t get housekeeping services. Didn’t have a door rag to say “please clean room”. After a long day out we got back to the room not being made up, trash nor emptied and no fresh towels. Had to call down for towels and to empty trash. Nowhere when checking were we told we wouldn’t get our room cleaned.

Not much at all.
The agent at check in acted like he couldn't be bothered.
When calling the front desk, you immediately go to hold.
Restaurant only open for breakfast.
Room service never answered phone either.
