Location was great for why we were visiting Dayton. Staff was friendly and facility was clean.
Our only complaint was the smoke detector in our room was making a clicking noise constantly and there was no maintenance staff available look at it until after we checked out.

I liked the size of the room. The bed was comfortable. I also liked the microwave and refrigerator in room.
The manager had trouble checking multiple people in and seemed flustered. The finishes in the bathroom were sloppy. A shelf was coming off the wall. The shower shelves were glued on w a yellowish glue and there was mold in parts of the shower.
