I loved the entire vibe! From beginning to end it felt really comfortable with all the staff ready to tend to your every needs. My room was made twice a day and I truly felt pampered. I am obsessed with the location as well.
There wasn't anything that stood out to me enough to flag that I didn't enjoy it. The only thing I noticed is that you can sometimes hear people in the hallways when you're sleeping but it was bearable.

The cleaning staff members were very friendly!
My spouse's cell phone was stolen from the casino area and the security guards were not very helpful. They did not review the cameras and were very rude to my wife. She was very frustrated about the way she was being treated and it caused her to become disappointed about her stay at this hotel. She plans to make a formal complaint to the corporate office.

The staff were amazing and kind. Breakfast was really good. The rooms were very cozy and well stocked. So many details well thought of!

Location was great!
There was no room service, cleaning, replacement of towels during our whole stay, when I asked the receptionist she told us that this is not expected in a 4* hotel lol.
