This is our third stay. The room is always clean. We like the easy two block access to the boardwalk at the music pier. Off-street, covered parking is always nice.

Everything was good no problems

. The room was clean and the location is great, close to everything. We enjoyed being able to have breakfast in a couple of days
was great, close to the boardwalk and shops.
We stayed at Biscayne Suites once before and
had a much nicer suite. This one was kind of
drab. The sofa was worn and uncomfortable.
One of the bedroom lamps could not be turned
off by us or the staff, so we had to sleep with
the light on.
