The location was fantastic for why I was in Chico.

We had a great stay here. The owners made it a really trip for us. From speaking to them they recently got the place when we were staying and have completely overhauled it into a lovely family owned hotel. Their customer service was great and they made us feel very comfortable at their hotel. The room was tidy and clean with regular service from the maid. The location is really good for getting around Chico, it is also close to a bus line which takes you all the way to downtown.
Also a great pool to use which made really good of us of in the Chico summer.

Easy access to the location and really easy to find. Rooms are nice and the AC is frigid.
No plugs for anything at the desk, so could not easily get work on the laptop done. Spiders had an old and thriving web system setup in the bathroom.

Room was close to food, banks, and entertainment
Staff was sort of stand offish and cold but nice in their own way I guess, and room was not ready when I arrived but other rooms were prepared so I had to wait to enter my room for about 20 to 30 minutes not a big issue but inconvenient to say the least
