We were pleasantly surprised by our accomodations. The suite was perfect for what we needed. The kitchen, living, and bedroom areas were clean and very comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area.

I would say the colors are a little dated, but not anything that would deter us from staying here again. The couch was a little uncomfortable, but again, nothing that would keep us from staying there again.

Facilities are always exceptional. Spacious rooms and well-stocked kitchen. Excellent view from each room. Very close to good shopping and restaurants. Also within close driving distance to favorite area attractions, such as the Edith Wharton estate (the Mount), area museums (like the Norman Rockwell museum), and various theatres with great entertainment (such as the Unicorn and Colonial, connected with the Berkshire Theatre Group), easy driving distance to Great Barrington, Lenox, and other towns), as well as beloved Tanglewood for concerts. The lodge also features movie nights, with a film feature every night in the comfortable big room next to the lobby.

There isn't much not to like. As someone with a little knee arthritis, I would appreciate higher toilets. But since families with small children also stay here, that may not be practical.

Room was exceptionally spacious, clean, in good repair.

Nothing, it was perfect.

It was a great space size wise.

Everything was quite fine except my friend had requested a fragrance free room. It was fragrance free but it had some other kind of noxious smell and we couldn't figure out what it was. We thought maybe it was a strange cleaning fluid, or maybe the air conditioning. She didn't want to change rooms for fear that another room would the worse. I believe her room was 403. I'm reporting this based on what she told me. I was in room 405 which I will review separately.
