Reasonably close to downtown.
A bit far from Oregon campus, which was my reason for visiting.

Great location and value and helpful staff.

Hotel is older, but rooms have been redone. Room was clean and staff was friendly.
The room had a bit of stale smell like it used to be a smoking room. Price was high for what it was, but all hotels are very expensive in Eugene during a home game weekend.

Bathtub/shower, window in bathroom, had microwave and fridge, had two tables, air cooler worked well, and the wifi.
Bed mattress should have been REPLACED years ago! Did NOT sleep well at all..... Bed spread was not clean. TV setup was not user friendly. Bottom of my shoes got really black walking around the room.
