Breakfast was superior. One of the big highlights of the stay. Good hot food and wonderful coffee.
the business of using the room key for access to the parking garage is a bit confusing, but once we got the hang of it, it was slick. Perhaps more instructions or a handout might be helpful.

Breakfast was wonderful. The staff was very friendly. The room was really nice.
It looks like the rooms have been remodeled/updated. The hallway carpets were pretty dirty and in tough shape. That needs to be replaced next!

The location was great, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the view was awesome. Overall was a nice stay.
The hallway carpets, elevators and hallway frunishing were a dirty, and well worn.

room and breakfast normal for Hampton
asked about pool and jacuzzi and was told it was closed and that we could go around the block and use the Radisson. Cold and rainy didn't want to walk.. Front desk was pretty bland
